Jeanne's birthday moon. The Lunar Eclipse of 5/26/21

With all those clouds, it was questionable whether we'd see much, but it turned out pretty well in the end.

Take a look.

Oh, oh.  Serious clouds have moved in...

They moved on...

I switched to a different setting for the rest of the pictures.

It's starting to come back

It's about 11:35 and I'm tired. I don't want to watch it come all the way back. Hope you don't mind if I call it quits.      -djf

  1. Gorgeous - just GORGEOUS! Thanks so much for sharing Jeanne's special Super Moon Birthday eclipse! Back here in Lansing was only a partial eclipse at about 6:10 this morning when the moon was setting. But it was pouring buckets of rain at the time - but even it was clear there were too many trees in the way. Your pix are the perfect consolation prize!

  3. I am so spoiled by your wonderful pictures. We had some haze last night so Fred said he couldn't see much. I was asleep early as usual so I did not see a thing. Thank you Jeanne for your special moon and Happy Birthday. McKenzie
